But honestly, wingtips are dressshoes although at the more casual end of the spectrum.

Pick a medium-dark brown wholecut oxford with a medallion.

Well, you will realize it when you've tried some ties at different pricepoints.

It's like the squaretoed shoes in some semiplastic leather, you will only realize when you try something better.

>> No.7072590 [View]

Yes, they've sizes although most of them only specify width. The tie becomes a different length depending on tying it as well.
Don't spend less than 40 £ on a single tie. Even more expensive ties are worth it.

Pull the tie harder than you think is needed when tying it or it will look sloppy.

Actually the problem is the opposite with a bunch of goffninjas that should go back to Södermalm, Williamsburg or whatever shithole they crawled out of.

Shiggy diggy

The consensus on Church's are that they have dropped in quality since the 80's, just buy a pair of C&J.

The lowest you can go is Meermin without getting absolute shit. So save up a little for the 160e cost.

If anything you should switch out the shoes for something without brogue, but that's just due to my personal taste.

Calm down colonial

>tie w/o jacket
You can wear a tie without a jacket.
>button down collar + tie
Same as above, step it up.
>tie an inch or two too short
That is the perfect tie length, colonial.

Lets start with the taper.

What he fails to realize is that a shirt that leaves alot of room makes the person look fat rather than muscular. Sure you can see the shoulder and forarms but not much else.

With a tighter fit, the musculature appears as more defined and more prominent leading to an image of the wearer as fit rather than just big (and fat).

Oxfords and derbys in black or dark brown. Monks are too informal for some, but is generally considered acceptable as shoes with suits. Don't wear loafers even if you're a colonial.

Make sure the shoes cost above 200euros or you will get a bad pair of shoes leather and construction wise.
