Go for lace up oxfords/derbies - I have to wear all black for my workplace and I'll always recommend anyone to wear those. Chelsea boots are a good look no doubt, but I would recommend you start with a nice pair of oxfords. Pic related is from Loake - I can't vouch for them since I've heard mixed reviews but try to aim for this style.

OP, I've bought quite a few things from Ben Sherman and they do have some nice basics, quality is average-to-shit tier but the products are quite inexpensive too. They have decent enough suits and dress shirts, but their OBD shirts aren't great. The cuts are decent but the quality is poor, same goes with their shoes.

All in all, don't cop unless you really want to go for the mod look and don't have much money to spend.
