That one is yohji yamamoto pour homme, will probably be hard finding something else just like it so i'd advise you to try to find another one on Y!jp or rakuten, ebay might be worth a look too

If you want that specific model look for the snaps, yohji has done other similar models a number of times so I reckon you can find something similar without looking too hard

Other than that i'd advise you to look for some sort of elongated blazer, don't really know where to direct you though
