Boat shoes or drivers would be the traditional answer, but this being /fa/, we try to avoid such things.

You could go for a very comfortable pair of casual lace-ups, pending you found something casual enough to not look overdone or hipster-y. I think canvas dress lace-ups are rad, as are suede, but the latter can be difficult to take care of.

An alternative might be some sort of very adult-looking trainer. The usual recommendation would be Common Projects, though I'm sure you could find something much less expensive with the same image.

On this model the whole show minus the sole and upper back part. The laces have reflective striping on them. Basically everything silver.

I have a few reflective things, most notably the Herschel wallet and while it hasn't flaked off, I do notice the reflective material is a little cracked on the fold

They're fine for sandals. Simple and efficient. I don't know of any other decent looking alternatives. Chacos are weird, fuck Birkenstocks. I got them because they're completely waterproof, and are useful if you ever go swimming/kayaking/whatever near water.
