I would literally starve before adopting the diet of a regular american. Think about what people ate in nature under the conditions we evolved for.

Some meat
Mostly fruit or veggies
Bread if you need extra carbs (you dont)
Water. Not juice. Not tea. Not coke.

Figure out recipes you like using the above food classes, dont douse in oil or cover with sugar. A go to for me is chicken thighs, asparagus con queso, some bread and berries. Find what works for you and recognize that each time you deviate youre training your body poorly. I cant eat fast food anymore because ive trained my body to recognize and appreciate only real food.

They also expended a lot of calories to gather or hunt food, which you dont do when going to the store. Find something fun that tricks you into exercising like gymnastics, dancing, etc and STICK WITH IT. It will burn and make you ache and youll want to give up

But

If you wait a couple weeks that goes away and youll not be an undisciplined pussy anymore, i hope. Dont think about what ive told you, just do it. Just do it. Just do it, for the third fuckin time. It works. If it doesnt work, its beacuse you didnt actually do what i said above.

After youve legitimately tried this and it works, spread word. There are too many fast/easy methods people try because they dont like hearing the truth. Dont allow others to remain deluded (and fat).

I had assumed initially that his diet wasn't that great, considering the flab. Snacking on nuts/fruits, rather than eating huge meals, is great advice. More protein and better digestion of food. Helps build muscle and your body will retain less fat.

But the best way for a skeleton to get some definition and a bit of muscle is to do rock climbing or calisthenics (bodyweight training). Do either of those a couple times a week for 2 - 4 months and you'll notice a difference. Go hard on the training for at least a year and you can achieve ottermode
