if it's curly as in pubes, either you'll have to probably product all the time or shave it all off
if curly as in jewfro, keep it short or product + certain cuts(such as HY)
if curly as in normal natural good-looking curls, you don't have to do anything but you can product

straight hairstyles won't work for you OP.
My brother has hair exactly like yours (to the point I almost thought you were him).
Basically the best you can do without product or chemicals is keep it neat.
If you are willing to put in more effort, you can relax it (using a relaxer, go to a salon), or you can use gel or moose to give it more definition if you grow it out a little longer than a buzz cut).
Just look up kinky curls.

Its jewfro, I believe. The curls dont really cluster and I only kind of get that effect if I don't have a shower when I wake up. I hate HYs and I dislike using product because it feels fucking horrid. Keeping it short is the only option. it looks ok maybe up to 6 weeks of growth post cut, but beyond that its bad. Thank you anyhow

There is no suh thing as jewfro, only unkept curly hair.
Stop shampoo. Do it three times per week as a start.
Use conditioner every time.

Now, yours is not simple curly, its very curly, or coily. Search online for good products for you, and styles that you can grow; you will find mostly black stuff.
