Also NB does have their made in USA/England line. Does their reputation with their main line make them unacceptable as a whole because their main line is more dominant and it is impossible to tell at a glance that you're wearing the better sourced shoe?

Patagonia is very conscious about this stuff

none of their gear is made in sweatshops and it lasts years, small environmental impact too

they've got a really nice t-shirt on their store but unfortunately it's 50% polyester
