More likely than not its a glued on sole unit to some marginally "okay" looking leather with a foam insole.

Good leather shoes usually start at least around mid 150s, clarks DB are super entry level stuff but are popular for good reason. I'd advise to save up first.

If not you can probably cop something along the lines of ZU on heavy discount, aldo or some shit.

Having said that prices don't always dictate quality. Aquilla for example are exceptionally shit for their price (glued on soles, sub-par leather priced at welted show prices, and most of their staff are hopelessly uninformed about their products. All they do is do a regular marketing spin/script). The same could be said for vanishing elephant footwear (around 200ish last time i checked).

>> No.9812158

>>9812146
Also worth mentioning i've owned asos and ZU footwear. Was ok for a solid 2 years and a bit, no fuss and got compliments on it. Unrepairable after that. Same goes for ben sherman stuff (asos website). Solid shoe, abt 2 years in and went to shit (heels wore down like crazy, sole broke open, repair costed more than the price of them brand new shoe so i junked em)

Aus choices for decent welted footwear are far and few between. Its either pay for cheap shit or pay up for RM williams and feit level pricing

Imo not a fan of the clunkyness of it and the association with cowboys and older men if that makes sense, but otherwise can't really fault em. I was hanging with my mate at uni today before class, we both dress pretty /fa/

Some girl came up and asked if she could take a Humans of New York style photo for a journalism assignment or something, and asked us to tell her something about us, like for the caption

Couldn't think of anything. Talk about putting someone on the spot

My mate told her 'You did a good job picking two incredibly uninteresting people' and that seemed to satisfy her. She probably thought he was kidding

m8 thats fucking easy shit i hope you got off 4chan and did that. 3rd year undergrad at UTAS here.

PPSA 2009 is an act that facilitates securitable interests in personal property.

The difference between real estate and personal property is that real estate is a special instance of real property, which is real estate – land and buildings – plus the rights of use and enjoyment that come with the land and its improvements. Personal property is generally defined as any asset that isn't a real asset. (the reason these assets are distinctly different is because in Australia the crown owns all the land and a title deed is really just a permanent cancellable lease issued by the government but thats not relevant to your homework)

A security is a thing deposited or pledged as a guarantee of the fulfilment of an undertaking or the repayment of a loan, to be forfeited in case of default.

A securitable interest is where you have a securitable interest in an asset owned by someone else; i.e., as a supplier to a business, I might come to an agreement where if they can't pay for inventory they bought from me, I can take my inventory back off the business.

All securitable interests in personal property in Australia have to be registered with on the personal property and securities register for them to be valid securitable interests. There are a whole bunch of time limits and conditions to determine whether or not securitable interests are valid or invalid but i'll leave that to you.

You can quote S9 of the Australian corporations act to define terminology.

This website is only capable of giving the most basic advice and criticism possible. Back when I first started posting firs I didn't get helpful comments I got the same shit I do now just in smaller amounts. I would get maybe one comment that would be on topic and even then it would be oh your cuff is crooked. Wow thanks that is really going to make or break my fit. It took me months to even grasp the basics of looking good we're not even talking about being fashionable or giving any grasp if fashion. I shit post because I can here. I don't want to on sufu because I know I could get the same reaction as I do here. SZ I would get banned automatically. If you were asking more why do I feel the need to and not why do I do it here. I guess it's just because the Internet is such an easy place to create a persona which of course is what I have done. So in a sense it's just to become something I'm not for a short while, be a piece of shit online to people I'll never meet so I'm not as much of one in real life. If I were to act all saintly from this point on it wouldn't change anything atleast not in a period of time that would matter. I would still be Birthday the annoying little kid. When people say I look like shit or my fit sucks, at this point it hardly even registers anymore I have become so conditioned to it it's almost more strange and upsetting when I don't see them
