Definitely basically any kind of brand name wind breaker looks good paired with a solid-colored top. Sometimes I wear some kind of but not really loose fitting sweatpants and roll em up with some high socks which I think could work well for guys too

And flyknit shoes. Other than that, health goth is a fine line between uk street and Fuccboi goth ninja.
