what the fuck /fa/, i was a 30 inch waist about a year ago, and recently i've been noticing my jeans feel really tight so i measured/weight myself and now i'm a 32 waist but still 160 lbs. how can this happen so fast? the only thing i've been doing different is drinking beer pretty regularly and started doing manual labor a few times a week. do i sell all my jeans and get them in a different size or try and go back to a 30 inch waist? how do i change back to a 30 waist if it isn't weight gain?
