diphenhydramine is available in over the counter allergy medication and sleep pills. it is also a deliriant

yes, you want to start off small but most of all have a sitter so you don't do anything harmful to yourself or others. the lowest concentration of scopolamine is in the roots and the highest is in the seeds. it's easier to die by overshooting it with the seeds

there are other deliriants like the famous red mushroom amanita muscaria (and a. pantheina) or nutmeg but the effects of amanita muscaria are much different in my experience and ive never had nutmeg but i hear it is very unpleasant
