Hey guys,

I work in an office for 9 hours a day and I'm constantly in a suit, usually take the jacket off when I'm at my desk.

Can I get away with trackpants/sweat pants with my suit? Is there such a thing? Dress pants made with cotton sweat pant material?

Please help me get comfortable at work. Pic is unrelated.

I'd advise you to stick with the dress pants. Instead of cotton: use some material that does not absorb moisture, and that is also somewhat stretchy.

If comfort is an issue, I would switch to thin wool.

If heat is an issue, I would switch to either thin wool or black thin linen.

It's definitely the comfort thing. My family has quads and calves that make Vikings look like Africans. So thin wool is stretchy? I do like the slim look but I can't move very freely at all.

Wool is can be made to be stretchy. Linen is generally not. There are dress pants that consists of a cotton:synthetic textile blend, but those are worse at transporting moisture away. Head for some nice menswear store and ask around and try stuff out.

I'll look for low linen, high wool pants then. Heat isn't too much if an issue, our tower has some killer aircon and I'm never sweaty. Will definitely go try some stuff out in the next few days after work.
