where would I go if I wanted to learn about actual fashion?

like color schemes, hems, fit, drapery, patterns, artistic influence, history?

I've lurked this place for years and I love it to death, but I want to learn how to dress well.

accruing scientific knowledge about fashion isn't going to help you dress well

tru, money and sense would help me dress well. But everyone on this board needs those things.

it wouldn't hurt to have knowledge in addition to that would it?
