I was thinking if I'm handsome enough to be a sort of model. I'm a 7/10 and wondering if 7/10s can get into modelling industry. A couple of girls said I could model so I always wondered how attractive male models have to be. Can anyone give me advice please?

Male models tend to be ugly fuckers, with extreme features.
Just look at the cunts they have on Acne Studios, they're like the weirdest ugliest looking people you can find.

If you're even remotely good looking, you can model.

If you're not a model by age of 15-16, you won't make it unless you'll become heroin chic mode, get an underground rock band in L.A and get recruited by Hedi.

I am serious here too. Most models start their careers very early, if they want to get anywhere, as it's a short career for the majority of them.

If you're past 18 it's almost 0 chance you'll make it, you would've been recruited already if you were model material to begin with.

For your knowledge, 7/10 is mediocre/average, so no you have no chance to make it anyways, unless your face is really really unique.

Model is being about needed body type for the place that recruits you (most of times skinny or otter-mode) and having either a really handsome/beautiful face or a very unique face.

As someone who has done small time in London, I can give you some advice.

Never pay for photos for your portfolio

It's a very pretentious industry, prepare to be treated like meat.

Be confident

Don't take yourself too seriously

Lastly, try and find a better profession unless you look like david gandy.

OP, if THIS guy and walk a runway for a highly publicized and critically acclaimed fashion house during Fashion Week, I'm sure you stand at least somewhat of a chance.

Because don't forget, even if you're not traditionally handsome, there will always be some high profile modeling agencies that'll be able to get you work fr having a "unique" face.

I mean hell, just look at the guys Rick Owens uses!
