How do I into pant sizing? Whenever I buy new pairs of pants I always check the actual waist measurements, and for jeans I'm usually around 32 or 33 depending on rise, but I got a pair of pants from norse projects with around a 33" waist. They were size 31, and my natural waist measurement is 31" but they were still a little too big in the waist. Does anyone else have problems with this? Also, my question is, essentially, do people usually size down for higher waisted pants?

Hey /fa/, /fit/izen here. I'm looking into dressing better now that I'm away from college, but I'm hesitant to invest heavily in clothing since my weight/body comp is going to be heavily fluctuating due to bulking/cutting. Should I wait to buy quality clothes until I hit my goalbody (which will be around 2-3 years down the road) or just take my favorite pieces to the tailor every few months? I'm going to be adding a significant amount of weight and I'm foreign to tailors altogether.

Alternatively, should I just go buy a bunch of shit-tier/mid-tier clothes every few months?

I have a couple questions:

1 Why do some dress pants have inner buttons? I got a pair recently that has 1 inner button, one of those hook things, and an outter 'normal' button. Why? What the function of all those buttons?

2 Can a full suit (pants, button dows shirt and vest) be worn without a tie? Or is it mandatory?

3 Is there a secret to put long sleeved shirts over long sleeved undershirts without twisting the fabric of the sleeves?

Excellent fabric and construction, also made in USA if that matters to you. I'd say they're comparable to 3sixteen. The only thing I don't like about them is the back pocket stitching and the little pen holder in one of the pockets, but those are minor complaints. I prefer more minimalist designs, but RgT's are still excellent. Why do you want two pairs though?

They are great. Norse's sweats feel very thick to the touch. They definitely are warm. Their beanies are a bit on the small side so they won't have the extra floppy bit hanging on the back of your head. However, I heard that they are a little too snug for some people with big heads. I would still wait for sales before buying anything from Norse. Everything is quite expensive at retail. Waist fits okay, but I can grab the sides of my jeans (pic related) and I don't think it's supposed to be this way.
These are most likely sanforized, but should I tried soaking them anyway and hopefully make them shrink a bit so it fits better?

What's /fa/ have to say about a fur-trimmed hood on a men's jacket? I bought a bomber-length parka with a removable fur ruff. I like the fur and I live where it gets to 0°F, but someone said they thought fur was for girls.

Two different pair, should have elaborated. I recently got rid of a lot of the clothes I don't wear, and only have two pair of pants left, black skinnies and olive pants. I was looking to cop the grey pair in the picture and maybe a navy pair as well. What's a good brand of boxer brief? I'm debating just buying CK but I'd be spending about $20/pair for decent quality but with it comes huge gaudy advertising in 3000 pt megafont which would annoy me (my autism, whatever). What are some alternatives?

Is sizing for all April77 Joeys the same or does it vary based on washed/raw/other material? Have a pair of Nightrider raws and they ran a size large. Want to get a washed pair next but I'm unsure whether I should buy my normal size or size down.
