Just wait it out; it'll fade naturally. I wouldn't risk fucking with it. Use acne cream and moisturizer from acne.org in the meantime--I'm doing that and my face is clear as heck, save for my naturally meh-tier complexion.

To get rid of blemishes I recommend using a >50% glycolic acid facial peel a couple times a week.

Doing this regularly (exfoliating) will eventually make your face free of impurities. In the meantime, use a little bit of concealer on the spots of your face that are slowly fading.
