Either trim the beard a tiny bit so the puby parts at the end are gone, or get beard oil. You're beard is too thick for your stache too, I like the hair. Connect the beard and stache or get rid of it. The chin part of the beard isn't the best. Too bushy for the jaw part.

For a long time now I've been unsatisfied with my hair. I don't even know what I want from it. I don't want anything too out there and extravagant, but at the same time I don't want it to look like shit. I want it to be a nice middle ground, y'know? Something that looks good but still quite subtle and easy to style in the morning.

The problem is, my hair is really wavy, thick, and difficult to manage. It simply won't do what I want it to, and I've tried a few products. (Texturing gum, mainly) It's really hard to do anything with and I don't think my barber understands that.

He always shaves the sides and leaves the top all raised so I look like I have a fucking block on my head. I look like a German lesbian. I'm not gonna have that happen to me again, but I have no idea what the fuck to ask him for next time.

Suggestions or advice on styling would be very much appreciated. And before you ask, no I am not going to post my picture on 4chan.

I actually went to multiple barbers because I wasn't satisfied with the answers I was getting.

I have thin hair, not a whole lot of volume. To counteract this I use sea salt spray and a hair dryer.

Currently I just use hairspray exclusively for a hold product.

What kind of wax, pomade etc would you guys recommend to help get my hair into place?

I'm thinking a very lite weight wax, nothing too heavy as it won't work for my hair. I'll then finish the style with hair spray.
