what's a good facewash for non acne?

i have a bit of razor burn on my neck but i'm fixing that with my shaving routine

biggest 'problem' is my forehead gets pretty oily sometimes and shiny and i want to get rid of that

using a nivea facewash right now, says no alcohol and sensitive skin on it, came free with my aftershave balm

After clearing my acne with accutane I have since been using neutraGena deep cleansing wash, feels pretty good and makes my skin look cleaner. It's oil free so it won't clog pores.
