xtuff is pretty good from what I understand, a tough made canvas shoe. Great if you live somewhere it gets moist frequently, so probably would hold up better than the leathers in that regard

Yeah, probably the best choice. Since the leather is out of stock, no point in sitting around not having it. (Especially since they REALLY aren't that pricey of a shoe) Grab the xtuff, use them as beaters. Then, when the leathers get reissued, if you really are still set on them then you can grab them then.

Kinda depends on the length of the laces and stuff, but usually you just tuck em away. mine look like the 2 pics on the right and all I do is shove them into the back of the shoe. feels weird for a start but you get used to it

I don't feel like making a sep thread for this question, I'm thinking of getting the xtuff models in white and waxing to water proof as winter beaters. Or will they be already kinda resistant and I should just stick with the waterproofing spray? I'm kinda hoping the wax gives it a sheen and makes it look like leather
