It's a flat cap, different from newsboy, and I have 3 of them. I have basically every type of hat but flat caps are accepted as traditional skin wear.

Buttoned braces are for suits, clip on braces are for the working man

I have different boots which are Doc Martens coming in the mail this week. They'll look a lot better.

The pants are just practical for me. I'd wear jeans if I didn't carry as much stuff

And I wear short sleeve shirts of any color. Recommend color palettes if you want

And the only way they wouldn't slip was clipping to the belt. Eventually that evolved to perry suspenders then to the current thin ones without a belt I wear today.

I think this fit would be better with a more neutral colored pair of suspenders instead of red, and if you're going skinhead inspired, dropping the hat, and maybe changing the shirt to a patterned short sleeve shirt or a polo. Slimmer pants would definitely improve it. If you like the relaxed pants, then I'd suggest dropping the suspenders, getting a belt, and getting a slightly more relaxed long sleeve shirt and rolling the sleeves. That color shirt with that color pants would look much better if the suggestions I made were followed, but with a slightly looser shirt and the sleeves rolled, and the top button or two undone.
