Also forgot to say why this is.
It has to do with the acids and phosporus and shit in the soda destroying the calcium or something, which weakens the bones. I read about it in my countries national newspaper some months ago.
Feels bad because not only have I had a bad sleeping pattern, but I used to drink 3l of coca-cola everyday from when I was five to fourteen.
