Original fleck poster here -- the answer is yes. All flecktarn parkas are a 80/20 blend.

After dying, you with BARELY be able to see the fleck pattern and it's only visible in very bright sunlight. Definitely gives the parka depth.

If you dye it, try to remove the flags and replace them afterwards. The flags are cool as fuck.
