For additive free, go for JPS ones, or just ask your seller. But don't think smoking those will make you cancer-free. With additives, cigs are easier to smoke and make nicotine more effective and addictive.

Light cigs are even more harmful. Since they taste lighter, you tend to pull the smoke deeper in your lungs. And if you've got cancer in the bottom of your lungs, it's sayonara since surgeons have trouble accessing that part of your lungs.

If you want something healthy, don't smoke. Or at least, start vaping.
