I used to have terrible eczema but I've fixed it, and now I want to make my skin look good generally.

How do I skincare? Tips and tricks welcome.

Wash your face with moderately hot water every day, and also after exercising or walking around in the heat, change your pillow case regularly, drink a shitton of water every day, cut back on dairy, change your pillow case regularly or put a fresh clean bath towel over your pillow

As someone with mild acne these things seem to work for me, sorry if too obvious

Oh and limiting your consumption of sugary foods is a must as well, I've heard drinking too much caffeine can worsen acne problems

Right, I have two questions:

1. How do I fix my crazily massive eyebrows? I'm male, so I don't really know what to do.

2. I have a shit ton of pic related, which is a medical type of moisturiser. Is it still suitable for regular use or should I buy nivea shit or something?

I thought acne was to do with 90% diet

Diet is really important. Make sure you get enough vitamin a,c,e. Eat omega 3, drink green tea.

Use a soap free cleanser twice a day. Moisturize. Wear sunscreen.

Glycerin is great humectant. AHA and BHA is wonderful for achieving clear skin.

Collagen cannot be absorbed through the skin so don't bother buying craps.

Witch Hazel is a good astringent.

Try reading about OCM and see if it fancies you.

hot/very cold water is terrible for skin, use slightly warm water in the shower and when washing your face, there's no such thing as opening/closing pores so just stick to slightly warm water for everything

a lot about cleansing in here, also I've found protective moisturisers has made my skin very healthy. Doesn't hurt to exfoliate every few days for a smooth, youthful look.
