Anyone own the Alpha Industries NYCO ECWCS in small or xs? If so, do you know what the dimensions are as far as overall length and sleeve length goes?

Looking to get one but I'm not sure if I should size down or not.

with alpha, if it's a "standard" fit, you should really size down 2 sizes if you want to look /fa/, or 1 size if you just want a normal jacket you won't be swimming in. i don't own that jacket but going by other things of theirs i do own, if you size down it should go past the hem of a normal t-shirt (i.e., an american apparel or whatever), around your ass. sleeves should be okay and if they're too long you can velcro the cuffs anyway.

how's the chest though? I'm thin, but I lift, so clothing usually gets too tight up top. I had to size up from small to medium because of this. But when I wear sleeveless shirts I can still wear small.

It's actually the other way around. Alpha jackets are small around the torso so it's to size one up for a regular fit.

what are you going by? the little size guides on their website? these aren't meant for skinny fuccbois, they're meant for fat/beefy middle aged men who always complain about their fake military jackets being "too small", so they're going to be oversized.

if alpha says it's a "regular fit", it's too big. if it's a "tight fit", you're probably okay unless you're a skelly.
