You need to start over with the basics. If you really want to make a change, start by reading these blog posts in ascending order (http://www.fashionbeans.com/category/mens-fashion-basics/)- it's not perfect, but it will help you build a basic wardrobe when you know absolutely nothing.

you're on a fashion board where everyone has said that pretty much every single thing you own would not work in a fashionable wardrobe - so although you might not think your stuff is "shit", it is to those who care about these types of things.

Some of those shirts might be ok, but I doubt they fit you well. Anyway, read those blog posts and start replacing your tacky stuff (hoodies, tiedye/strange graphic shirts, beanies, belts, etc) with things that are classic looking. The blog has a few articles that help you understand how clothing items should fit, so if your jeans and basic color t-shirts (emphasis on basic colors) fit you can keep those

As everyone has said before, you appear to dress like the average middleschooler from the early 2000s. If you want to start be taken seriously you need to start dressing your age and nothing that you own would make you look your age- that's why I say you should start fresh.

Anyway, if you don't care about how you look then ignore what everyone has said and move on, although it sounds like you do so do some research and consider donating most of your clothes (don't just throw them out)
