Are there any /fa/ water bottles?
Is glass the way to go?
I own some aluminum and plastic ones but no glass bottles.
What water bottles do you own /fa/?

>> No.8533897

a glass portable water bottle is a terrible idea.

get whatever looks good to you, its a water bottle. having an overly nice/significant waterbottle isn't recommended either.

It really depends. I didn't think a thread like this would pop up, but I personally use a limited edition dark grey stainless steel tumbler from Starbucks. Even the straw is metal too, I love it. I'd say glass or metal. Just don't be an idiot with the glass.

They are a bit expensive for our lige standard, but if you're careful with the bottle, it'll last you decades. And I think you can order the sleeves separately.

was about to buy one, then i read this
>and programmed using the TPS procedure. A bottle programmed this way changes the water’s vibrational structure.

then i read what they meant
>Glass programming using the TPS procedure:
>First, three symbols are engraved into the glass: the first one is the batch designation (e.g. ACK1), which allows for quality management and monitoring. The second one is a (circular) cosmogram or a mandala, which provides protection of the vibration programme in the glass. The third symbol, ORO, in a rectangular frame ensures a more efficient water structuring.

>The “old” vibrations are then removed from the glass in order to increase the efficiency of the programme written into the glass.

>In the third phase, the bottles are programmed with orgone cannons manufactured by the German manufacturer Bioaktiv. The vibration programme contains various information from nature that are in harmony with the water structure and thus influence it. This phase of the process is the longest and takes 90 minutes. The vibration programme is then stored into the silicon dioxide (SiO2) in the glass – the glass contains approximately 71% of SiO2.

jesus christ these people are far fucking gone

I really don't know about that, glass is terrible because it's fragile, but you don't want a shitty plastic one either.

Some plastics are actually toxic, or can cause hormonal disturbance (bisphenol A for instance). Sometimes it tastes shitty too.

There are some great filtering bottles out there (if you're considering one you had better read a shitton of reviews for each to make sure it doesn't leak etc), some of which can literally turn coke into clear water. I think the Seychelle bottles do that, the design isn't great though, but if you're concerned about what's in your water it seems reliable.

My favorite water bottle ever is the Laken Hit .75l: great looks, good grip, perfect cap.

I left it one day on the subway, though, and didn't replace it. Health paranoia: aluminum (neurotoxic) kept away by a plastic liner that, while BPA free, might contain other endocrine disrupters.

Right now I just use a boring Klean Canteen with the sippy nozzle and a couple Osprey hydration packs, which are tested free of endocrine disrupters.

Dream bottle? A ripoff or upgrade to the Hit, the indentation a titanium ring, titanium at the base, and the rest made of something like Gorilla Glass but durable enough. Titanium outer cap, if possible, too.

Here's the cap. It's built so the plastic abrades into the water path, and it's locked down two ways, the flip cap then the twist you see.

The bottle mouth is a perfect width, wide enough to slip ice in, narrow enough it's not like a cup, and the sippy nozzle goes just the right speed.

Genuinely great design.
