Combover with greasy ratty ponytail. Cargo shorts that end just above your ankle.

Okay, I'm just gonna assume you're going for a basic "well dressed" wardrobe without any specific genre.
-Make sure everything fits. Regardless of you weight, baggy clothes just don't look good.
-No graphic tees. Blank tees are fine, but don't wear them on their own, it throws off a fat man's silhouette.
-Basically, wear a jacket whenever possible. They're great. Go with unhooded ones when possible.
-Casual blazers do wonders for a fat body.
-As do plain button ups, again, assuming they fit properly.
-Thick fabrics like flannel, denim, wool, thick jersey, etc. compliment your body type.
-That said, sweaters usually look like ass on fat guys. Acceptable underneath a jacket, though.
-Growing a beard will help.
-Wear (not excessively) chunky shoes like AF1's and Docs.

Oh, forgot to mention pants. Mostly, you want to go for a slim-straight fit. 511's, 514's and, if you're really fat, 501's. Super skinny throws off the silhouette, and baggy looks sloppy. Material isn't that important here, just don't go for something crazy thin like linen.
Don't wear cargo shorts.
