Dark skin and blond hair.. Instant nay?

My skin tone is sort of like Halle Berry's, I guess, and I've been debating whether to dye my hair again or not. I already did two shades of red in the past but never blond. A lot of women have their hair blond lately.

cool undertones can go with golden blondes and warm undertones could probably suit ash-blonde, neutral is ehh.

if you are concerned about how you would look and can fit it, try buying a wig. some eBay sellers have them for around ten bucks and you're not /cgl/ing so it wouldn't really matter.

the yay or nay question is pretty eh, anyway, it can be really /fa/ or it can look really bad. Nicki looks fantastic in pic related for example, but she has stylists and people who know exactly what to do with her hair.

I imagine going blonde for someone who has really dark hair to be high maintenance. If you're not as well-off as Nicki Minaj, you will have a hard time keeping your hair neat. Even on Nicki it looks kind of yuck.

I think bleach blonde doesn't look great, but dirty blonde can look good. Or the blonde at the scalp transition to black (or black at scalp transition to blonde) can look good. You kinda have to be hot to pull it off so that's the kicker.
