/fa/, I recently bought this skirt and I was wondering what I should wear with it that would go well with my skin tone, which is light-brown (if you need a picture I'll post one).

Yeah pic would be great. If you are mulatto I suggest something in dark blue for top, maybe a sleeveless shirt, but would not encourage you to wear a blazer in that color, too plebish.
Also google vogue models with similar facial structure or pictures from lookbooks of expensive boutiques (NOT from lookbook.nu).

avoid a button up with any length of sleeves, too school girlish
i'd say go for a sweatshirt that's just long enough to skim where the actual pleating begins. a turtleneck also looks sleek on pic related, so maybe a turtleneck + duster coat or something if it's not very hot where you live

Usually striped shirts or boxy oversized tees look grand with it
