You can start off with buying shoes that aren't sneakers, maybe some nice leather boots with a comfortable heel. Lose the hat. Your hair is fine. And wear a nice blouse. Androgyny can be fine if you pick the right pieces that are a little more sophisticated or have the right fabric that feels deliberately feminine. The look on the left is fine, but go with another boot, maybe something with a slimmer, more almond-y toe and even a bit more of a heel and it'll change the vibe a whole lot. On the right, switch the jean to a short or something and even the sweatshirt and sneaker will feel more slouchy, lazy girly rather than andro-sportswear.
