Usually.
If it's Jeans, I almost always cuff. If I'm wearing low cut dress shoes I don't cuff. Sneakers = cuff. Boots = cuff or stuff. Never cuff anything other than slim cut or skinny cut pants, although I don't wear anything other than slim or skinny cut pants. Never roll just once, it looks tacky usually. Never make the cuffs too large or noticeable.
