Okay I know this belongs on /fit/ but bare with me please.

To put on weight I need to eat +500 on top of that, which is 2600.

The problem is, I was eating +500 on top of my BMR which equals about 2100 calories, that was fine and I was just about managing it.
I am insanely poor, I cannot afford a gym, and thus I was going to do sit-ups, crunches, pull-ups and chin-ups etc whilst I was gaining weight to stop myself from becoming skinnyfat.

BUT, apparently I need 112g or more(?) of protein to even develop muscle anywhere, and that's something I can't achieve.
Trust me, I have been eating to the max, peanut butter sandwiches, milk, everything I've been trying as hard as I can in terms of diet.

So what do I do? Is eating +500 on top of my BMR not going to cut it, do I absolutely need 2600 calories?
If so I'm doomed to be a skeleton for at least a few more years, you're my last hope /fa/, /fit/ does not take kindly to me.

You don't need that much protein. Get as much as you can in every meal if you're serious about lifting, but doing push ups at home? A balanced diet should be fine.

Also, a good way to get healthy calories is drinking milkshakes. Oats, milk, bananas, boom you've got 300/400kcal in one go.

If you want to build lean muscle to keep all your calories from turning to fat, I dunno if body weight workouts will be enough. They'll probably work at first, but when your muscles get strong enough to adapt, then you won't be increasing muscle mass.

That's just my thought as an uneducated person going by intuition. But I dunno, maybe I'm wrong and someone more into fitness than I am knows. Maybe the increase in body weight due to muscle gains is what keeps your muscles growing, because even though your muscles are adapting to your workout, your body weight is also increasing, thus keeping pushups effective.

I assume you're talking about leather shoes? They will often shape themselves after your feet with wear, obviously how much they bend will be determined by the type of leather(I remember reading that this is especially true for italian calf, so looking for that type may be a good idea).
