Yeah they've been selling a new parka every year since at least 2010, I remember when /fa/ used to be obsessed with the 2010 Tor for awhile but it's impossible to find, then they came out with one the next year and everyone bought them because they looked good and the cycle has repeated every year since.

the Bayani is certainly not the best cheap monday parka. It's just the most famous one because one guy posted a pic of himself wearing the effay uniform asking whether or not the parka was an ok substitute for the Tor or the UU utility parka
