anybody know of a decent pomade (or potentially other product but i figure pomade would be the go to) that will achieve the relaxed, messy, but most importantly -pliable- and -reformable- style that is in OP's pic and others? as well as techniques outside of the product - washing, drying, caring etc.

been looking around for ages but never found the perfect approach.
