The basics flossing, brushing and mouthwash really aren't going to whiten your teeth and really you should be doing those anyway.
Chances are your teeth are at their natural shade and can't get any lighter, perfectly white teeth don't exist in nature it's just we have got used to seeing celebrities and tv personalities whith expensive dental work and assumed it's normal, it's about as normal as gravity defying fake tits.
