Last year, I didn't care much about how and what I ate (above all in summer) and in autumm I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair (more than 120 hairs a day.. yes, I counted them because that was not normal and is quite noticeable when it's shoulder length. For lunch I went to the Asian bistro at the ANU campus. While I went there late (2pm) and the spring rolls were no longer being served, I was still able to get a decent serving of noodles, rice and sweet chili tofu. For $8.90, you can't go wrong, and you'd really be surprised by how much you can fit into those plastic containers.

After lunch at the Asian bistro I was still feeling hungry so I went to Sultan's Turkish Pide restaurant on my way home and order a falafel kebab with onion, tomato, hummus, tabbouleh, garlic sauce and lettuce. While the bread was not as soft as I'd usually like it, the kebab was still a filling meal, although quite heavy - I wouldn't recommend it for something such as breakfast or a mid-morning snack.
