I'd reccomend you go down .5-1 whole size. These tend to look better when they're quite snug, plus the break in quite nicely so a really snug fit turns into a perfectly molded shoe.

How yellow can the soles get? Assuming it's clean of course.

I'd recommend sizing down at least a half a size, that's what I did and there's still some wiggle room. if you want them snug go down a whole size, I dont think that will be too tight esp after wearing them in. but a lot of people say true to size so maybe its just me
