They do, but the comfort and make are pretty much what you're after. I can say, though, that BV sneakers are, hands down, some of the most comfortable "luxury" sneakers out there. The company's always been very quiet and low-key, but if you're thinking about stuff like SLP or KVA or something, I tell everyone to also include BV in their list.

I got them from Norse Store for $330 and that was total since they were kind enough to mark them down for customs.

Still expensive, but they have sold out quick everywhere else and it's rare that I find a model that I fall for so quickly.
