The guy that told you to read the sticky is serious.
That would solve all the issues in the way you dress.
And not just that, but make you have a new outlook on how people look.
To be honest people told me the same when I came on here. They told me that the way I dress was so shit that I looked like a goddamn clown!
I took my strides and went into the sticky. And the rest has changed since then.
I mean I still have trouble at making an identity/personality with my clothes.

You're problem is that you're graphic tee doesn't have a great design.
And the red protruding from it isn't a good red. Also it has the cheesiest word on it possible. Hope... Really? Are you at a strike or some shit.
Think before you buy this shit.
Now for the shoes. They have huge front facing branding on them. Which is shit in general. Find something that is more minimalist in the branding.
Also WTF is up with those shoe laces. If the shoe laces are too long. Wrap them around your ankles then tie.
Also another distracting thing is your hair. It looks unkempt and uneven. Especially with that widows peak you have. I can't tell if you're balding. But you could do for a Hitler Youth (I know overdone, but it fucking works wonders on people.) If not go buzz cut like I did. Then post pics when it progresses or when you feel comfortable in doing it.
For the pants, I can't really tell with that bad lighting you have. Usually when you wear black it obscures the camera of it's detail sometimes.
The pants are the only thing you can salvage in this pic.

This may feel hard on you, but the fact is you're way of dress could be vastly improved by reading that goddamn sticky and lurking for months on here.

The way your sweats are tucked into your shoes is bad. It's making the tongue of your sneakers bulge out awkwardly. Fit on the sweats isn't great either. If they were more tapered, you might have actually gotten away with tucking them, but the silhouette of your sneakers is too slim for that to work here. With those sweats, you would need a chunky shoe like everyone's favorite tricky Ricks. Plus the branding on the tongue is lame.
