Tooth whitener mate, brush twice a day for about 2 minutes each.

Acne: just go into a pharmacy or see a dermatologist, say you want benzoyl peroxide (Google it) and they'll give you either a cream with it in or just a bar of it.
Either work fine, I got a cream with 5% in it and my acne is almost 100% gone now over the course of a month.

Very happy with the results.
Apply the cream topically around 3 times a day, not ALL over your face, just the spots.
Also wash face with soap a lot.
