okay lets assume you have no idea how to dance, and you're no where near as graceful as any of the people in the videos posted, how do you dance at clubs/rave settings?

I'm normally an antisocial shut in but I got dragged out to a club by real 3dpd a few nights ago and it basically went like pic related except maybe I didn't look so visibly horrified. And they want me to go with them again in two weeks, its like they couldn't tell how uncomfortable and wonky I was.
