Yo OP I asked this a while ago and a dude that owned some responded. He said they are p. trash and said he couldn't recommend them.

>> No.7832871

i bought one a while back and it had a really odd silhouette when worn and I'm not sure why
it lightly expanded at around the mid section and gave off the idea of a blouse
that was the end of it

Those are even more shit. Get Kiton tees. You're not going to find them on the internet though ;)

>> No.7832909

I bought like 4 of their tees. I personally like how they fit me but that obviously depends per person. Their colors are very..washed out? Maybe it's just the photos on their page but the actual shirts seem to not have such a solid color.
Anyways as far as tees go they're very comfy.

Uniqlo fit kind of big, I always wear Medium but they just fit nasty on me. Plus they're not as comfy as I had expected. I just use them for the gym now and maybe under a thick sweater

>> No.7833208

Any recs for something that fits like American Apparel with a fuckload of colors, but is a bit longer? My torso is a bit long for a small but not long enough for a long tee. Tried: uniqlo, Jcrew, Alternative Apparel, and Everlane. AA is the longest so far, but when you wash it it shrinks like a mother fucker even on cold.

They are alright. Quality is good for the price I Guess, but not a lot of colors and the arms fit weird on me. Still, free returns and shipping so give it a shot. If you like em, more power to you.

anyone ever try BDG tees from Urban Outfitter? they come in a pretty good amount of colors and styles

only asking because UO is the nearest shop for me

>> No.7833806

bdg is pretty much pissing away money.

the quality is so bad, but the worst thing about bdg is it's guaranteed to shrink five fucking sizes.

I own a few of them. They're fine. Theyre softer than most of t shirts I own they fit fine.

They're oxfords are pretty great actually.

>> No.7833825

>Everlane Tees

I have two. One in black and one in white. Both the same size on the tag, but the white was bigger for some reason. Shirts are pretty comfy and decently thick. The price is good. The fit isn't great. Try ordering just one and take advantage of free delivery and returns.

>AA power washed

I have one in cream. Not slim fitting like their regular shirts. Fits like a box, but very comfy. Comes in a lot of colors. They're a little short. Look into AA viscose tee for something sheer that fits slightly longer (I've seen them compared to the poor man's RO tee) or the summer tee for a slim and lightweight shirt.

>> No.7833851

I got a small and it fits really large on me

man fuck tshirts. I get an xs from somewhere and you can see my nipples it is so uncomfortable, then i get as mall and i feel like I am wearing an XL

what about the Gap's tees? they seem to have the same variety in colors and are fairly cheap ($17).

these everlane look nice, but I'd prefer to be able to pick some up in person

>> No.7833901

>>7832714
I have AA summer sheer tees and a couple everlane tees. Everlane in small and AA in medium. Everlane fabric is much softer and more stretchy. Everlane has much tighter arm holes, I've just started working out and they are getting kind of tight. I prefer the fit of the AA tees over Everlane, but everlane fabric feels better.

where 2 cop cheaper basics (sweatshirts, tees, casual button ups) for a 5 foot 11 inch guy who is thin as fuck (not skeleton mode, but not much muscle at all).

I usually go to H&M but they shrink like a motherfucker and are either too short or too baggy for me (at least after washing).

So who makes good long sleeve tees?

I like my James Perse short sleeve tees, but there's no way I'm paying triple the price for extra sleeve length.

How are the fit of AA viscose tees? They seem to be pretty long so should I size down to a small to get a slightly better fit? 6'1" 137 lbs for reference

>> No.7836410

>>7832714
everlane tees have the same shitty hemline ta as alenxander wang tees,

but are thicker, not in a good way, they're still thin and cut out of H&M fabric, but do not have a soft hand. and the cut is like a baggy merona tee

and they screen print the logo on the neckline, which is rather annoying and makes the tees look old after a few wears/wash cycles

generally everlane is a low end brand all around
honestly you're better off going to nordstrom and buying a 3 pack of those ralph lauren polo v neck shirts, organic cotton, softer hand and better cut

everlanes sizing chart is also rubbish

They're made in the same factory and they feel about the same, whats the difference?

>> No.7836505

>>7836497
no they're not

james perse tees have a softer hand, thicker weave, and better/cleaner finishing work

you can get them cheap in the LA shop too, around the same price as everlane

also they have the sewn label on the neckline, much better all around

everlane made in china

perse made in USA

I got both.
They look nice and the zippers are great, however unfortunately the stitching on the loop at the top of the backpack is coming out (on the leather) and the weekender has a rip at a seam, maybe that was me over-stuffing it though.
