Also I am actual op. I used acrylic paints and tooth brushes (because I didn't have paintbrushes at my house and I'm lazy.)

The cps I used were already pretty beat up and I have a pair of brand new white achilles so it really wasn't any sweat off my back anyway. I saw some really cool splatter chucks and wanted to experiment. I'm very happy with how they came out.

The hi-tops are quite hard to come by but I think the lows retail for like $495 I dunno though.

I like the MMM splatters too (though I prefer the low top.) just don't think the paint splatter is all that well executed. looks more like drips/too purposeful, DIY is more chaotic
