I've been in a few different countries, and therefore encountered lots of different people.
I gotta say that the US and UK have the shittiest taste in clothes ever (I'm excluding 3rd world slavs and other shit, of course). They're not poor, and definitely have the capabilities to dress better if they would want to, and if they'd recognize the impact that clothes have on your outward appearance and presentability.
But I'm probably just overestimating those plebs.
