Increase your fats. Butter, lard, coconut oil, EVOO, avocado, macadamia, etc etc

Make "yak butter tea." Make some dark rich tea and emulsify butter into it. Shits good, and high calorie.

>>7561653
What is your IBS caused by? Anxiety? Crohns? Ulcers? You can cure IBS(aka "we don't know what the fuck it is"-itis) with a proper diet; all you're doing is putting a bandaid on symptoms instead of treating the root cause. Consider chronic undereating as a possible cause.

Leaky gut. You're intestinal lining has become permeable and milk proteins and wheat proteins slip through and into your bloodstream causing your body to start rejecting them as if their were pathogens.

Drink bone bone everyday, do 24-48 hour water fasts every once in a while, eat fermented foods like kefir and sauerkraut, exercise(hormesis) and get your mind right(the gut is literally the second brain, huge clusters of nerves down there, ever wonder why you get butterflies in your stomach and not your head?).

bone bone?
And I can't do water fasts, my blood sugar drops too much if I don't eat enough carbs.
I do eat fermented foods (Love sauerkraut and kefir, I'm russian). I've also started taking a probiotic supplement which works great since kefir is expensive where I live. Learning to make Kimchi though.
I do work out although running triggers stomach cramps too.

An iced americano followed by corned beef hash with poached eggs, home made biscuits and butter, and greens for breakfast. A doughnut to go. Made home-made lemon bars, ate fresh bread and nutella while cooking. Dinner was popcorn bacon (fried pork belly) with a maple sauce, twice cooked brussels sprouts with horse raddish, grilled prawns with chimchurri sauce, a lime salad, kennebec potato fries, wagyu steak and papaya, jerk chicken with coconut rice, and roast mushrooms on a brioche box.

I like to eat. I'm 150 lbs.

totally meant bone broth not bone bone

You should just brew your own kefir. Its easy as shit and the only cost is the cost of milk and the initial culture(like 10$, and they propagate forever). Making your own kefir is wayyyyyyyyyy cheaper than probiotics, and way better since it has upwards of 50 different strains of bacteria and yeast.

I'd recommend lifting heavy things(or progressive overloading in calisthenics) overchronic cardio since running like that releases stress hormones.

I love doing weight exercises. Just make me feel "up". Had to quit heavy squats because my legs bulk up too much and it looks terrible with my figure (no boobs+Huge legs looks gross). I can do other exercises though.

Probiotics ARE expensive, might try making kefir. I've been making water kefir but that doesn't taste great tbh.

Bone broth I make if my parents buy meat with the bone but that's not every day. How does it help though?

(Thanks for being so helpful by the way)

bone broth is very easy to digest and the proteins are easily used by the intestinal lining to heal without sliding into your bloodstream and giving you more food intolerances. I like to drink a cup on an empty stomach. Its also rich is minerals like magnesium. Makes me feel really relaxed(arginine+magnesium=sleepy time).

Consider using crock pot on low and just keep adding water as you use it. Bones can be used multiple times imo, therey'll just be less of the proteins that make up the gelatinous type cartilage/gristly stuff.
