Current fit, am I even remotely fashionable or effay?

I plan on gradually moving to a more effay streetwear look, but before I go monochrome, what can I wear with my brown chinos?

Colors are terrible and quality looks not 2 great but it wouldn't be a bad fit otherwise (assuming ur shoes are decent).
Also chinos just kinda suck, and I personally think they are knly good for #menswear type shit.
I would ditch them and just invest in black jeans (the most versatile of all pants)

pants are too long + to be honest, this color has always been ugly and it is way too associated with chino wankers now.. ditch them
tee seems okay
if that's a button up then it's way too big.. if it's a jacket then it's nice
overall you are already dressed better than most people and you seem to be on the right track, but you need to 1) focus on things actually fitting you (tight = good) and 2) maybe be a bit more conservative with colors (black, white, grey)

I don't have a brand of choice when it comes to pants, just go to a mall and pick some basic, fitting pants, preferably black/charcoal. should definitely be shorter than your chinos (no stacking around the ankles) and probably a bit tighter too. just look at inspo threads here and you'll get the idea
shoes - i am not a fan of either, but a lot of people here would dig both - they aren't really awful or anything, but i believe the pair on the left is a bit too sk8-ish (and the green is way too loud) and the other one a bit too running-ish (and bland).. just get some basic sneakers, converse or vans old school and you'll be better off
but they're not horrible or anything

Just start with basic and plain stuff.
Variety of tees (white, navy, black, grey..)
Jeans (preferably 2 pairs)
Basic socks, yeah, socks.

Your taste in style will change a lot (trust me),
so don't get too expensive shit at first.

You have to learn that alot of the Avant Garde you see floating around will cost you easily 300-1000 for just a single outfit.

Ovate is my favorite designer.

Everything is in black only.

Don't think about bleaching either. The cotton is super thin and prone to stretching so if you bleach it you'll corrode the fabric to shit. if you want it in white you'd have to buy the black one and reproduce the pattern and remake the garment in white.
