So any shampoo without alcohol nor silicon shall do the trick. Conditioner is curly hair's best friend go for a specific American Crew shampoo (for curly/thick hair) And don't hesitate to use it more frequently than your shampoo.

Asian hair are usually the best to handle and manage. With some exception through. I've seen really thick asian hair before that were hard to work on. Usually hair type and what we call "implentation" in France (basically your hairline + the way your hair grows) are not to blame in this case. It's often either their lengh that is not sufficent or the way that you've use to style them for the last years that makes them hard to manage. So if you think that you have enough lengh to normally be able to style them backward. And if you think that the product you use are not to blame. You should consider wearing something to keep them styled backward when you go to sleep. That will force them to take the direction that you want them to :) If that doesn't totally fix it then just do it for one more night and that should be okay.

To get some healthier hair you should know that less is more. When it comes to shampoo at least.

What you could have done better in my opinion is that (I don't know how to say it in proper english but i will try) you have both a strong jaw line (which is good) but also a large forehead (which is bad) and given those two things you should have let just a little more hair on your side to cover that forehead but not too much or it would have fucked up your jawline appeal. I usually just use shampoo once a week and I use conditioner daily. Product is herbal essence smoothing shampoo/conditioner. I also use Garnier's fructis style curl calm down for that frizz. I towel dry my hair aswell but only till no more water drips then it's air drying from there.

You can attain them if you do what i just said up here. Just rely more on the conditioner then the shampoo and really wait for something like 3 months or even a little more to give your hair stylist some room to work on. And don't forget to bring the picture with you and ask him questions etc.. So that he won't simply be considering you like any other client that he'll cut and style fast. But will try his best to meet your expectation.

I'd suggest you get some more hair on the top. The problemi see here is that your hairline is weak and your forehead is large. Best solution is less hair on the side, and more on the top (and on the back if you want).
Consider doing a Brazilian straightening if you can afford it and if your hair are hard to manage when they grow. That should do the trick. If it doesn't and that you are really willing to achieve maximum facial aes. then you should get a few hair implant below your hairline. Hopefully that shouldn't be necessary. Just do what i advised you and see if you are satisfied.

Sorry for forgeting you. You should use some combing cream or shea butter based nourishing cream to make them easier to style/ straigher. About your haircute I don't see much of your facial structure but your facial structure is good and permissive so as long as you cut them a little more on the side to make your jaw look stronger everything should suit you.
The only issue is really about the sides here that makes your jaw look smaller and give you a juvenile look (from what i can see at least)

haha if your serious about it then first of all you should buy some castor oil to make them grow faster and then it should take 6 to 8 month to grow depending on how long they are actually.
Do not use shampoo more that 1 time a Week.
And use conditioner/nourishing cream everyday/every 2 day to style them.
MAKE SURE THAT products do not contain alcohol nor silicon and get at least one or more of the following in your conditioner/nourishing cream:

The thing is that people with dry hair tend to use wax or pommade or whatever to keep their hair managable and straight. While in fact this may works for a few hours but overtime it's really bad to use that type of stuff on dry hair. They are not meant for it. They are made for hair that are already straight and thin but are hard to style. Not for thick and dry hair. Must have solution for dry hair is a good nourishing cream with shea butter. No more trouble to manage your hair, it smells good and is also good on the long run.
