BOOTS THREAD.

I'm looking for some combat boots or Chelseas, in black. Considering buying Common Projects or APC. Got any suggestions? Less pricey alternatives?

Also, know of any other brands that make boots with a similar silhouette to Viberg? There's that one brand from Asia that someone mentioned. Any news on that?

Pictured is user's RO combat boots, if anyone wants to know.

it could contribute to the industry. maybe some guy who doesn't find a deal on used rm williams will buy a new pair instead. maybe some guy out there somewhere will be more likely to make a purchase because he knows that there's a good chance he can sell them secondhand if he gets bored of them.

I have those they'll turn a very pleasant dark bordeau with time and care. I wear them with anything except bordeau pants (which I rarely even wear anymore)

How well does mink oil work for black leather boots? I heard it's great for softening leather, but it takes some of the shine away.
