I just wanted to say that I don't think systematically recommending raw denim is really the right idea. I get that jeans are a huge part of modern /fa/, the fit and coloring are very important, yeah. I just don't really buy into the idea that the only route is raw denim. I have three pairs of jeans, regular old Levi 511's, unbranded 101's, and a pair of Naked & Famous skinny guys. I just want to say that I don't think raws are really for everyone, and categorically suggesting them may not be a good idea. There are nice jeans that exist outside of the raw game, I'm sure.

in order to make the bottom less bulky you need pants that are just above the line of "skinny"--these will smooth out the muscle lines and have a slimming effect. so counterintuitively you need to go less skinny on the pants to make it look less "bulky", i think the shoes have less to do with it.
